14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your Care or Champion subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment directly from your dashboard — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Go to Dashboard → Account & Billing and click “Request refund”. You'll be asked for a brief reason, and your refund will be processed automatically. Your account returns to Aware immediately.

For issues outside the 14-day window, contact us at admin@moralscan.com and we'll do our best to help.

What happens after a refund

Your account returns to the Aware (free) plan immediately. You keep 10 brand scans per day on the free plan.

Renewals

Refunds apply to the most recent charge only. For cancellations, please cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following period. You can cancel anytime from Dashboard → Account & Billing → Manage billing.
