Getting started

How do I install the MoralScan extension?

Visit the Chrome Web Store, search "MoralScan", and click Add to Chrome. Once installed, visit any online store and the extension will automatically detect the brand.

The extension isn't showing a score. Why?

The brand may not be in our database yet. You can request a brand at moralscan.com/scanner.

I'm getting logged out frequently.

This is a known issue we're working on. As a workaround, log in again via the extension popup — your account and data are safe.

Account & billing

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Dashboard → Account & Billing → Cancel subscription.

I'd like a refund.

We offer refunds within 14 days. Go to Dashboard → Account & Billing → Request Refund.

Scores & data

How are scores calculated?

Scores are based on verified sources including NGO reports, investigative journalism, and public data. Each principle has its own scoring logic.

I think a brand's score is wrong.

Use our corrections page to flag it.
